Deposits are protected with Orchard Property as we are a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and therefore no unreasonable deductions will be made from the deposit giving you peace of mind.
A detailed inventory is provided at the start of all tenancies. Orchard has extensive local knowledge and a list of approved contractors so any maintenance problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
There is also a 24 hour answer phone service for emergency repairs.
