process every step of the way. We also ensure all paperwork is explained to you
clearly. We have a straight forward professional approach and will ensure that
any queries or questions you may have will be given an immediate
answer.
Deposits are protected with Orchard Property as we are a member
of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and therefore no unreasonable deductions will be
made from the deposit giving you peace of mind.
A detailed inventory is
provided at the start of all tenancies. Orchard has extensive local knowledge
and a list of approved contractors so any maintenance problems are dealt with
quickly and efficiently.
There is also a 24 hour answer phone service for
emergency repairs.
The National Approved Letting Scheme
The National Approved Letting Scheme is an accreditation scheme for
lettings and management agents offering peace of mind to landlords and tenants
in knowing that they are dealing with a firm which agrees to meet defined
standards of customer service, together with having in place the necessary
insurances to protect clients' money plus a customer complaints procedure
offering independent redress.
